The value for money was great, with a functional and modern room. The location was conveniently central, close to cafes and restaurants. The staff at Lino were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.
Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

The room was fine if not overly-large and the location was reasonably central. The room was equipped with air conditioning and some kind of power/multifunction/massage shower which we never managed to figure out. It was quite useful to have a cafe next door for coffee and snacks.
As is common in Spain, there was no parking available on site which meant parking in an underground garage about 10 minutes walk away for 12 euros per day extra. In addition, just opposite the hotel there is a massive building site with all of the resultant noise and dust etc. that entails. Finally, it was a shame that there was no fridge/minibar in the room as we couldn't keep our drinks cold.

The room was very clean and new ( reformed). The clohtes very clean. The breakfast is the great problem. It is almost nothing. The guess take breakfast in the cafeteria beside the hotel and is very very poor. A cup of coffee and a croissant. Anymore.

The fact that it was simple to check in with no need for a lot of talk to set things right. And I felt comfortable going in or out of the hotel without listening to a lot of noise.
Just one thing: had to take a shower with common soap, I.e, soap that I have to use knowing that everyone would share the same box.
